Somethings you need to know before you place an order

 All products are not priced on jyc website. When you need to get prices and learn more about the products, please contact the online service or send us an email jycbrand@gmail.com. We'll reply within 24 hours.

When you decide to place an order online

  The online service will help you complete the order submission on the website. After the order is submitted, you need to complete the payment within 48 hours. When we receive your payment, we will start production according to your order. If you only pay 30% deposit, we must receive the remaining 70% before the delivery date to complete the order.

When your order is delay

  Please contact us 7 days in advance and let us know clearly. If you waive this responsibility and right, we will still inform you 3 days before the delivery date and provide you with a 60days waiting period. On day 61, we will cancel the transaction and refuse to return the deposit.
